The veteran musher pulled into the Huslia checkpoint at 8:45 Friday morning with 13 dogs on his line.

Iditarod rookie Thomas Waerner pulled into Huslia early Friday morning with 14 dogs on his string.
The village gathered and cheered a surprised Aaron in a grand welcome!
